Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) is a kind of advanced technology
developed since the end of 20th century which realized the
efficient combination of membrane separation technology with
biological technology.
The membrane separation technology replaces the traditional active
sludge method and the normal filter unit, its strong separation
ability can make the SS turbidity near to be zero. Hydraulic
retention time (HRT) sludge age (SRT) is completely separated, the
outlet water is good and stable in quality, it can be reused
without the third level treatment. Due to the high security and
economic and effective water, it greatly expands the scope of
application of waste water recycling.
Our sewage treatment equipment is a kind of buried organic
wastewater treatment equipment designed by our company with its own
scientific research achievements and engineering practice. It is a
small-scale domestic sewage and a more common equipment for
industrial sewage treatment like domestic sewage.

Product Features
1. According to the dimensional drawing of the equipment, make the
foundation base plate in advance (require that the dimensions of
the base plate are 300mm more than the equipment bottom surface,
the surface level error is ± 3mm, and the average pressure capacity
is 5t / m2).
2. After the concrete foundation pouring and maintenance period has
expired, the equipment can be hoisted into place. Be careful not to
damage the equipment during the hoisting process.
3. The equipment is highly integrated and does not require
professional installation.
4. After the equipment is in place, open the cover of the equipment
box and put the lift pump and level controller into the adjustment
tank. Introduce the main power line (three-phase four-wire)
according to the electrical diagram, and adjust the liquid level
controller of the adjustment tank to an appropriate position.
5. After the installation of the equipment is completed, more than
60% of the sewage is injected into the equipment.
6. For the buried type, earthwork should be backfilled immediately,
compacted and leveled, and the equipment should be covered with
10cm of soil.
7. Pay attention to prevent the gas inlet from being blocked.
8. Above-ground type should ensure that no water accumulates on the
surrounding ground to prevent the equipment from floating.
9. Precautions: ⑴ no heavy objects shall be placed on the
equipment, ⑵ attention shall be paid to the moisture-proof of the
distribution box, ⑶ generally, the sewage in the equipment shall
not be evacuated to prevent the ground water from floating.
