MBR sewage treatment is a common method of modern sewage treatment.
It adopts Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) technology, which is a new
technology that combines biological treatment technology and
membrane separation technology, which replaces the secondary
sedimentation in the traditional process. It can perform
solid-liquid separation efficiently and obtain stable reclaimed
water for direct use.
1) Use the air in the aeration pipeline of the membrane tank to
backwash the hollow fiber membrane, without additional compressed
air source, and without increasing the installed capacity and
operating energy consumption of the membrane biochemical reactor;
2) Since the wind pressure of the membrane tank aeration fan is
determined according to the water depth of the membrane tank, which
is only slightly greater than the water depth of the membrane tank,
there is no risk of excessive pressure and membrane filament damage
when using this air source for backwashing. Air pressure control;
3) After the air backwashing is completed, the vacuum suction
device in the aeration pipeline is used to extract most of the air
in the ultrafiltration suction pipeline to restore the vacuum in
the pipeline. No additional vacuum device is required, and no
membrane is added. The installed capacity and energy consumption of
the biochemical reactor.
